Newbie unsure about approval

I am a newbie 1 day old. I applied for a snapbomb article to post on
my blog. I applied for it and wrote my article and posted it on my
blog. The rules say we have 24 hours to write and post the blog
review. I followed the instructions as per and looked for the section
to put the blog url in for approval of the article. There was no
section to input the blog url. It is saying Pending Awaiting
Advertiser.

My question:

Do we have 24 hours after we apply for the article to write and post
or is it 24 hours after we are approved? (because my status is still
saying Pendnig awainting Advertiser)

In short: you should only post if you see your timer ticking and you
have a link that says "Submit your Post" or similar. The timer is
kicked off when the advertiser approves your blog.
