This is a VERY important backup, now that my computer was lost. It was
created on win 7 pro 64 bit. I got the error when trying extract using 7zip
or windows own unzip on the same OS. I now try to extract in good old win 7
32bit, and I get invlaid file file. the file size is 4gig.

The exact actual size is: 3,977,376kb, I really need the data in this
backup. Is there any brute force unzip program that will attempt to
display it's contents?

I am not aware of any brute force unzip programs, but they may exist. The
zip format, unfortunately, has a 4GB file size limit. This limitation is
supposedly fixed for Java 7.

Snap Backup displays the following message if the zip file is larger than
3.8 MB:
"*** ERROR #40 ~ Backup file may exceed 4 GB limit -- file corruption
possible!"

See Issue #8 for details.
