Extraction of nodes on Bipartite Graph

Hi,

I want to create a bipartite graph and extract only one particular set of nodes and calculate page rank.

I'm unable to do because when I create a undirected graph and use CreateSubGraph, I only get the nodes and no edges since its a bi-partite.

Please help.
