Description of fields in telecom-graph?

Hi SNAP,  

Does anyone know if there is a description of the data in the telecom-graph located here?

I've downloaded the data and read some of the files, but I don't know what the data means.  Is there a description or data dictionary available other than the README?  For example, in node_user.txt, the lines are an integer followed by a long list of comma separated floating point values.  Does anyone know what these floats mean?  I assume the integer is a user index.
