Introduce SnakeYAML Engine

Dear all,

after a number of attempts to implement YAML 1.2 in the current code base we have decided to try a rebuild.

Here it is: SnakeYAML Engine (https://bitbucket.org/asomov/snakeyaml-engine)

It is a complete re-write of the code base under Java 8.

The API is new. The documentation is under construction...

We are about to release it. Feel free to give it a try !
