Here is the plan 

I got a new app where anyone can upload there app and get help to each others app by tracking for sure for all 14 days

Try it once to see the effect 

Make sure you login and create account to onboard your app there first app upload is free then once you submit the report for any app on 14th day you will get 1 credit in your account to upload another

You have to provide access to testers in your play console email list in order to access to download your app from play store
