Hi David,
I personally know absolutely nothing about that sort of stuff. We've had no luck in trying to contact IBM about Snakebite; try and find someone that has the authority to commit to an involvement is unbelievably hard.
My current plan for dealing with this issue is to whinge about the situation in emails like this and hope someone from IBM spots it.
