The fear of flying is something that is a very common phobia and you
can understand why. The act itself does not seem natural to a lot of
people and then being inside the vessel presents a whole new set of
challenges for those that are also claustrophobic. If you find

overcome this fear.
One thing that is common in a lot of sufferers of this phobia is also
a fear of tight spaces. The moment the plane doors close or someone
sits next to you in those small seats, your mind starts to race and
you begin to lose it. It may not actually be a fear of flying for you,
but a claustrophobia condition that is obviously triggered by your
surroundings. This is something that you will have to address on its

you just sit down on a plane and go you are forcing yourself to deal
with them all at the same time. This is not going to help you at all.
By slowing down the process and taking on each step of the process
individually, you may find that you are able to conquer it much
quicker.
The more success that you enjoy, the more comfortable you are going to
get with flying and before you know it, you will be raking in the
frequent flyer miles! Will it be a challenge, of course it will.
However, once you realize where this fear comes from, you will have a
much better chance of addressing it and overcoming your fear of
flying.
