What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dragging the Snackr

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected an option to lock the position of Snackr . But unable to do so.
Also was hoping to be able to drag across the Sncakr pane to scroll through
feed items ( Be it Top-to-bottom or Left-to-right).

What version of the product are you using? (Note: if you pulled the source
from SVN, enter a revision number here instead of a Snackr version number)

On what operating system?
Windows 7(64 bit)

What version of the AIR runtime do you have installed?
3.7.0.1860
