Google Reader has been discontinued since 2013.
I can understand if fixing support for some other similar service might be
a pain to implement, but I have an idea.

Let the user save the list to a file in a custom location. If the user is
to save it to i.e. Dropbox, it can be synced from several units with no
hassle.
