REMINDER: SNAAPT meeting this Saturday

SNAAPT will have its first meeting of the 2009-2010 academic year this Saturday, September 26, 9a-12n, at UNLV in BPB room 106. Please join us for:

-- a talk by UNLV astronomer Dr. George Rhee, on the topic of dark matter in galaxies

-- a roundtable of future events

-- a share-a-thon of your favorite ideas for teaching physics. Please bring something along to share!

Also, you’ll have the opportunity to join the national AAPT at the Associate or Regular membership level, if you want. If this is something you’re interested it, please bring your checkbook or credit card and I will collect applications.
