Dear Alumni of SMVM Polytechnic,
Greetings of the day,
Just a small intro of me, I am Mohammad Zubair, Studied in our great college during 2004-2007 in ME and currently working as Asst. Manager in Larsen & Toubro, Chennai.
I have created a google-website with a noble thought of bringing all old Students of SMVM Polytechnic to one platform & form a big alumni association, which will help in many ways.
I am very happy to share with you, 2429 days since i have created this website & 517 Members joined till date….!
However during my interaction with few of our very senior people, studying students & our own faculty in SMVMP, there were many issue raked-up..
And the most common issues is placements.
Atleast 20%-30% of our classmates, Junior & Our own college students are really facing issues in getting placed/settled in good companies/Org./MNCs.
When we have so many people in very good positions occupying key roles and in very reputed organisations, this is should not happen to our Juniors, Classmates & atleast not to SMVMians.
So here is 1st Step…. We will join hands to eliminate unemployment among SMVMians.
The idea is to bring people who require & Who can refer on one platform..
Here is the idea ….!
Alumni who are in search of better opportunities, need to upload their resumes in a Database and fill a summary. [viz., Basket A]
On other hand Alumni who can refer an Opening/Need people/aware of opening shall send details to me…[Viz., Basket B]

Dear all, as you are aware, i will receive many resumes after this mail and on other hand i need support from senior people to help them placed. My Sincere request from our senior Alumni, to support me, for achieving the objective.
