1. QA/QC Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) (Recode: QA/01): Implementation of QA plans, Inspection and test plans, work procedures. Familiarity with application of Indian / international standards. Experience in QC inspection for EPC / construction projects in the power and in refinery, oil & gas preferred.
2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) (Recode: HSE/02): Experience in large project construction sites preferably in thermal power plant construction, with ability to implement OHSAS 18001 & EMS 14001. Diploma in Industrial Safety from a reputed institute such as CLI/RLI preferred.
3. Plant & Machinery (Ref.Code:PM/03):Experience in maintenance, repair, upkeep of construction plant& machineries like crawler cranes, hydraulic cranes, earth moving equipment, batching plants, concrete pumps, tower cranes, strand jack systems and welding equipment. Power plant experience preferred.
4. Accounts, Administration & Industrial Relations Personnel (Ref: AI/04): Experience in project accounts, administration, industrial relations & camp management in EPC contracts and familiarity with Central/State labour laws. Computer literacy and effective communication skills essential. Legal qualification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum: 2 years. Maximum: 12 years. Should have handled the project work as In-charge and should be able to lead a team of competent engineers. Candidates selected should be prepared to relocate to any project site in India.
