Multipole decomposition for scattering cross sections

Dear all,
I understand from the example program and the online documentation that smuthi can calculate the contribution of electric and magnetic dipoles to the extinction cross section. But how should the ED and MD contributions to the scattering cross section be calculated? Take Figure 3(b) from this document below as an example. This is the procedure I wrote to calculate the total scattering cross section. Is there any way to calculate the data corresponding to the red and blue dashed data in the figure by smuthi?
I would be very grateful if I could get help with this.

One more question: the absorption efficiency I calculated with this program is partly negative. Is there something wrong with my program?
