How to swivel Eventbrite emails

I get a few notifications from Eventbrite about bookings for church (especially in the run up to Easter), and they all come in sideways. Very difficult, especially as they normally require some typed input from me. Does anyone know how I can encourage it to appear in the upright position? (I have looked at Eventbrite in Settings, but there is no clue there).
