Morning Smuggers

I recently bought the new iPad mini 5; it’s smashing!

I gave my old iPad mini 2 to my daughter. I deleted my contents, and she set it up as a new user.

She tells me, it’s working perfectly, but if she moves it, it turns itself off!

Any suggestions for a remedy gratefully received.

Thanks
Derek

Is that any movement whatsoever? Or disconnecting the charging cable to take it somewhere else?

Hi Sam

I think it’s that any movement turns it off.
I’ve suggested she does a factory reset as a start.

Best wishes,
Derek
