Dear SMUGS
In my dotage I've become very fond of the album art feature on
iTunes. Can anyone describe to me how to delete an unwanted image so
that it can be replaced with a better one? When I paste a new image,
the old one seems to remain.

Simple. Get Info for all the tracks that you want to change,
highlight the artwork the either just paste over with new artwork or
delete the old.
