Just came across this article, useful if you want to prevent advertisers tracking you on iOS6.

And so have I. Don't like the idea of being tracked in any way - store loyalty cards are a prime one too.

I saw something yesterday in one of the Tweets I follow, it advised:  

“If you don’t liked being tracked, get off the internet!”

Be aware that the article says that by default 'limit ad tracking' is set to "on" - not on my wife's iPad it wasn't.  Easy enough to do but needs checking.

Indeed, but since that has no chance of happening then the best we can do is not give them what they want on a silver platter ...
