iMac Temperature

My iMac feels rather hot at the top, particularly on the left top looking at it from the front.

I downloaded Marcel Bresink's "Temperature Monitor" and now see that the Northbridge Chip is running at 82F, the Power Supply Position 1 is at 81F and the Northbridge Heat Sink is at 77F. Are these normal temperatures, or is my iMac running a bit hot?
