I would like to print a list of the tracks of an album in iTunes.  iTunes keeps automatically changing them into alphabetical order not album order.  How do I stop this and get tracks in numerical order?

Hi Diana,

Select the playlist and click in the column heading you want to use to sort the playlist and then Print.

If that doesn't work for an album, which it doesn't seem to do, then create a playlist from the album and then sort that and print.

Hope that works.

Hi Diana,

I've just tried this:

I've got the tracks of the album listed in a 'Playlist',
File>Print gives a dialog box which gives options:
From the 'Print' options I've selected 'Songs' and from the 'Theme' options 'Songs' again

It works for me! Does it for you?

All the best, Richard

Richard,

Thank you very much, your solution worked perfectly.  I now have the printed list I wanted.

A problem and a solution:

I am making a keynote lecture for use tomorrow.I build quite complex transitions.

I was about to write that I'd lost my transitions. But I discovered that I only had 12 Gb of available RAM on my airbook.

So the lesson is that keynote takes a hell of a lot of space when you're authoring, and you should make sure you've yards and yards of "disc" (mine is SSD, of course, which is wonderful).

Hi Ranulph

Sounds like Keynote's rendering MP4 movies for the transitions, would definitely take up space!
