Catalina update may be 'stuck'

Anyone had problems with the latest Catalina and Safari update? It worked fine on my Mac Mini yesterday but today on my MacBook Pro it feels 'stuck'. Don't think I'm being impatient but I've been sitting here looking at the Apple logo and completed progress bar (no message or status) for nearly an hour.

Mine shows a Safari update (only) and am currently cloning the HD before I update - but will get back to you!

Currently on 10.14.6.

All good. I re-started and after a few coughs and splutters everything came back. Looks like just the final step got stuck.
