Good afternoon Smuggers

I’m using track changes in Word for Mac 16.49 for a document of my wife on my computer. The corrections come up with my name – how can I change the corrections to her name?

Many thanks,
Derek

Further to my previous email to make the matter (hopefully) clearer.

Here’s a screen shot. I want to edit my wife’s Word document on my computer but understandably it highlights track changes with my name.
How do I change it so it has her name instead?

Many thanks for any help
Derek

I don't have a Mac handy, but try account preferences.

Thanks Graham, this seems have done it:

To change your username in Microsoft Word 2016 for Mac, go to the Word menu in the Mac's tool bar and select Preferences. In the Preferences box, click the User Information icon and enter your preferred name and initials, then check the box next to the option to always use this name.

Regards,
Derek
