BCC and the trash!

Hey all

Foolishly deleted an email that I was Bcc'd in, and went to hunt for it. It't nowhere! 

If you're Bcc'd and press delete, does it vanish forever? I've checked Mail Prefs, I've been on to Outlook.com to see if it's hidden there somewhere?!?!?

Any help gratefully received.

Anything deleted should generally be in your Trash mailbox, regardless of bcc/cc/to

That's what I thought/feared... so if it's nowhere to be found, any tips?!

I fear it's a problem with Outlook.com that we use at work... I find it pretty unreliable and unfriendly in terms of sync etc.
