Hi Smuggers

I run a small Facebook group.

There’s no approval process for those who want to join or contribute. But it’s being infested with these shapes (I don’t know that name for them).

Is there a way to prevent people from posting them or, alternatively, how do I delete them without deleting the message or the person?

How very twee! Unfortunately I don’t think you can prevent those, other than put a note in the group info that it’s discouraged. It’s down to the joining user if they follow Facebook’s suggestion and send an introductory message
