Could anyone recommend an off site back up for my Mac Mini.  I have iCloud and Time Machine running.  I have stuff on my Mac Mini I do not want on all my devices in iCloud and if the house burns down the Time Machine might go with it.  I have been using Carbonite for several years but keep having problems.  TIA.

I’d recommend Backblaze and have been using it for years. You can try a trial period. If you use this invite link you will get a free month. https://secure.backblaze.com/r/008aop

+1 for backblaze. Our church 'web guy' put me/us on to it. Very stable, reliable, tried and tested. Keep seeing their name pop up on lots of tech blogs as the one to rely on.
