Item advised by Royal Mail

I have received notification from  Royal Mail that an item has been sent to me from Shipentegra Turkey. I have nothing on order and suspect this is a scam. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I regularly get texts and emails from RM and other couriers saying parcels are waiting to be claimed. 

If there’s a button in the email asking you to click on it, hover your mouse (or tap & hold on an iPad/iPhone) and it’ll show you a preview of the URL. If the URL doesn’t exactly match the website of the courier then it’s almost certainly a scam
