Apple Mail (Big Sur) rather zealous with Spam filter

HNY everyone!

Missed the thread to offer greetings to all, and echo all that was said about how nice SMUG is, and yes, Sam's the man!

To business... Apple Mail sends 99% of emails from a colleague of mine to Junk. It's a pain. I've set up a rule that anything from him goes straight to inbox, but it doesn't work.

Any tips? It's tedious having to check Junk daily for messages from him!
