Can’t Access my passwords on the app

Hello Smuggers 
 
All my passwords are on my password app on my phone. 

I’m use my touch button on my iPhone& 
put in my correct code. 

I can’t get any further. 

This has only happened today  
 
Please help!

Can you elaborate on ‘can’t get any further’? What happens when you unlock the app, does it unlock successfully?

If you look in Settings > AppleID > iCloud > Passwords > is it off or on?

Hi Sam!

Touch ID is enabled in my settings. 

I always just access the app by using the touch button & putting in my code. 

My code is definitely correct. I normally press my button & put in the code & today it keeps taking me to the cancel button.

Have you tried switching your phone off and on again? Does unlocking the phone normally work with your code?

Glad Sam helped, as ever, with the tried and tested off/on again, as ever!
Reminds me of an old family friend of my parents generation who was a TV engineer back in the 80s, when TV engineers helped install and problem solve in your home. 
95% of his callouts were resolved with unplug/plug in/voila!
Tech has changed so much, and somehow, not so much!
