Dear Smuggers

Our wonderful Exchange server keeps sending me these errors, several times a day (every time I check my email on iPhone or iPad, I think). I can't find any way to track the supposed appointment for the information it gives: there are no events called just 'Jason' in my calendar that I can find. Anyone know anyway I can track this and remove it?

Have you tried logging into the outlook web access and looking in the synchronization errors mailbox?

Regards

Every time I try to log-in via the web, it says this

That's from every log-in I can find: outlook.com,
https://login.live.com/ and something else I forget.

Even when I am logged in to https://office.microsoft.com/ and I click on
'My Office', it sends me to...a log-in page. Which reports the error
above.

I can see my Mail, Calendar etc here:
https://pod51036.outlook.com/owa/#path=/mail which is where I'm
redirected from http://www.ucl.ac.uk/isd/live_login, the advice pages.

So...is there anywhere else I might be able to find this sync error log?
Outlook the app doesn't show any error in the log nor the messages: it's
only in emailganizer on iOS and Mailmate/Mail on OS X that show these.

yes, that lets me see my email and calendar but there is no sign
anywhere of a synchronisation errors mailbox in that view,
unfortunately....

Aim for the Calendar folder, for the item (appointment) named 'Jason'; if you view/edit the item you might see something to explain the sync issue.

With that name, maybe the item was a test. Check month views for January and February.
