iWatch question

Dear Smuggers

My wife has got an Apple Watch 10, when I phone her from my iPhone it comes up on her watch as “Unknown number”. How do I change settings so she knows it’s me (and answers the call!).

I would have thought that if your wife has you in her iPhone contacts and with the same number and has your name against it then it should happen. If not, then greater minds than mine(!) are required…
