Finder Tab Switching - Keyboard Commands?

Dear all

Anyone worked out if the above if possible? Be nice to quickly switch without the mouse!?!

Finder > Window > Show Next Tab 

The keyboard shortcuts are on the menu.

Cmd+shift+ ] or [ works in Safari, without shift it goes forward/back within the same window/ tab

Best to open in Windows instead of Tabs, then Command Tilde (Cmd ~) will allow you to scroll between the Windows even if they are superinposed in one pile.
