Approvals definitely slow down the process of new users getting an
answer to their first question and two evil perps is not a huge big
deal.

I'd let it slide 'till it becomes a bigger problem, if it ever does,
rather than set up a hurdle for new users who are really wanting the
quickest possible solution when they're stuck the first time.
