I did some extensive updating of the quick start doc and a few fixes in
the advanced setup doc. In the latter, I just fixed the description of
SMUG_REPOSITORIES and TEMPLATE_DIRS. I know that people have found
other errors, so please do a run through sometime soon. It would be
nice if the instructions were correct. :)
