SMUFIN OUTPUT

Dear Smufin,

Smufin does not write the output. From the standard output and error I understand the job is finished successfully, without printing the tool output.

How could I direct the smufin output properly?

Dear Corleo,

Do you have the --patient_id option to running SMuFin?
