hi Everyone, 

I've attached my customer analysis -- it's about 2 pages and a half page of my "works cited".  Feel free to incorporate into the master doc, or edit as needed.  

I am also available to re-write anything if anyone has any thoughts/input on it. 

I've also attached one of the sources, "2009 Fruit Spread by city" report that I used to get the overall US and Canada figures.
