Job Description / Skills	• End to End Recruitment process (Both Permanent and Contract Staffing) • Analyzing Job Requirements. • Identifying 90% accurate match profile for the requirement • Calling up candidates on a daily basis, Scheduling Interviews with the prospects • Arranging Interviews with respective HR • Follow up with the candidates till joining • It will be an Individual Contributor role. • Maintaining daily trackers.
