· Implement field marketing campaigns · Meet customers on a continuous basis to understand market expectation. · Study customer buying, product usage, satisfaction and post sales behaviour. Collect market intelligence to influence product development and improve support services · Interact with channel partners and field sales teams to understand market requirements to enhance products, services, solutions & support offerings · Interact with various internal program teams for designing go to market strategies to increase revenue streams · Develop innovative sales tools to reduce sales cycle and facilitate quick closure · Conduct programs across eco system to ensure seamless knowledge transfer on current and future product/ projects · Communication to eco-systems on changes, expectations and devices for easing the sales & enablement of the environment |
