Job Profile / Description / Skills |
· 360 degree recruitment ie Develop new clients in the designated industry sector or discipline and secure job orders from new and existing clients. · provide recruitment solutions to new and existing clients · Achieve revenue, profit and number of placement targets month on month basis for self. · Stay focused on KPIs. · Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business. · Build strategic relationships with key clients. · Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system for Candidates · Collaborate with Antal offices across the globe to maximize sharing business whilst promoting sharing of knowledge about clients and candidates. · Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Managing Partner and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement. · Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures. · Carry out any other duties as assigned Skills
