Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to announce the 2026 SMU QuarkNet Workshop, July 14-16 (Tue-Thu), 2026, 9 am to 4 pm, at the SMU Physics Department. The workshop includes morning lectures from SMU faculty members on the latest developments in high-energy physics, cosmology, astrophysics, and science education. In the afternoons, we will have plenty of physics demos, hands-on activities, labs, and teaching resources that you can use in your science classes.
Eligible participants (high-school science teachers) will receive a stipend of $120 per day.
