We hiring talent from various campuses for the position of RECRUITER (entry level, mid management level & senior management level hiring) for 2COMS.
Role: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
1. Expertise in recruitment for ITES. End to end recruitment for top notch companies
2. Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
3. Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
4. Should have had worked on major job portals & social networking tool and other classified job sites.
5. Candidate should come with a strong network of candidates.
6. Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required.
7. Candidate should have the ability to interact with GM's CFO, Finance Head, and MD’s of reputed and large corporate
8. Ensuring a good offer to join ratio.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Good convincing skill, analyzing skill and market analyzing skill.
2. Should be target driven and able to handle pressure.
3. Should be a self motivator and work as a independent contributor.
4. Prior Experience preferably recruitment
