Job Description :

  1. MBA – Finance - Level: Management Trainee

 Role and Responsibilities

  • Classroom training and on-the-job training will be provided for the period of 3 months
  • Understand the business function and its standard operating procedures.
  • Gain understanding on various facets of Financial & Commercial activities, like Procurement, Vendor Development & Management, Asset Management, Financial Analysis, Cost Control and Management, Audit and Taxation. 
  • Maintaining and Updating Purchase reports for forecasting and Cost tracking.
  • Vendor identification, evaluation, development and Management.
  • Regularly updation of industry trend data and consistently provide timely inputs to Senior management.
  • Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
  • Preparing Comparative Statement, Processing Offer and tracking material receipts
  • Resolving queries pertaining to quality, delivery and pricing.
  • Dealing with taxes and other statutory requirements
  • Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the requirements and standards

 

2. MBA – Sales and Marketing  - Level : Management Trainee

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Classroom training and on-the-job training will be provided for the period of 3 months
  • Conduct boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer on the Orient Cements products capabilities and its cost-effectiveness (part of training to understand the company’s products)
  • Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share
  • Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement
  • Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development efforts, such as trade show, events, literature brochures and technical presentations
  • Interfacing with dealers, sub dealers and distributors requirements and maintaining healthy relationship
  • Update the Management Information System on regular basis
  • Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the requirements and standards

 

3. MBA – HR -  Level : Management Trainee

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Classroom training and on-the-job training will be provided for the period of 3 months
  • Understand the business function and its standard operating procedures.
  • Gain understanding on various facets of HR activities, like Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and HRIS.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities.
  •  Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee
  •  Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.
  • Sourcing, arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes
  • Regular updating of communication channels
  • Prepare all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the requirements and standards
