Reg: Proposed Job Fairs - batch 2014-16.

Dear Madam / Sir,

 

                        We are pleased to inform, as per the directives of VP - Admin, that two job fairs are proposed for the students of batch 2014-16. The proposed job fairs are for the select / shortlisted students by the respective Institutes. The selection process will be after the STP and other related programs i.e. in the last week of Oct.2015. The selection parameters will be informed separately in the month of first week of August 2015. Thus, the student will be informed by the respective Institutes in the beginning of III Semester itself so that equal opportunity will be given to the students in the selection process.

  We have, keeping in mind all the parameters, drawn the schedule of the job fair. The staff is also identified for the respective committees. The purpose of job fair schedule is to have systematic and organized approach for its success. Please note there will be certain hard parameters to select the students for Job Fair. Hence, it is absolutely necessary to make the students aware for the same. However, our regular placement activity will continue as per the present practice besides the job fair. Thus the students who will not get shortlisted for job fair will get the opportunity for regular placement activity and the majority of the Industries who will come for the job fair may also come for the regular placement activity.

  The schedule of job fair approved by VP - Admin is enclosed for your ready reference. We will remain in touch with all of you with the trail mails for the action plan as per the approved job fair schedule. For any query / clarification, please refer the same to this office.

  It is absolutely MUST to acknowledge the receipt of this mail along with job fair enclosure.
