VIM announces Summer Internship Project Competition 2015

For MBA/ Any Post Graduate Business Management Programme Students

Date: Monday, 30th September 2015 at VIM, Pune.

First Prize: Rs. 5000/- , Second Prize: Rs. 3000/-, Third Prize: Rs. 2000/-

VIM invites summer internship projects from second year students of MBA or any equivalent Post Graduate Business Management programme. Summer Internship Project is the most important, yet crucial task for any PG Business Management student. It gives an opportunity to closely work with the industry, understand industry dynamics and learn implementation of the theoretical concepts studied during the course. It also opens a gateway to great career opportunities after completion of course or even SIP. Main objective behind this competition is to encourage the management students to undertake high quality and industry-beneficial projects and to reward and recognize their talent and excellent work.

How to Participate? Any second year student of MBA or equivalent management programme, can participate in this competition. Internship Project must be completed in summer 2015 Students of any specialization can participate. Students shall send Synopsis/ Executive Summary of their project work mentioning: title of the project, objectives, methodology, major findings, key takeaways & benefits to the organization. No need to send entire project report. Word limit for the Synopsis is 1000 words max. Times New Roman, 12 font, single spacing to be used. At the time of competition, student shall carry project completion certificate from the institute, duly signed by Project Guide and Head of the Institute. Institute shall certify that he/she is the bonafide student of that institute and the project submitted to this competition is his/her original work. Registration Fees: Rs. 250/- per student. 10% discount on more than 3 entries from the same Institute. Students can register by transferring fees online.
