Number field and invalid characters

Hello. I'm using the program (or trying to) on a Blackberry 8100. So
far it seems to run fine but when i try to enter a '+' at the
beginning of the number field i can't. Its locked down to only allow
numbers and as such i cant add the special character +. Dont suppose
theres a work around for such an issue. Cause otherwise it seems to
run fine.

Just a suggestion. But perhaps make the + an automatic entry. It
seems if all numbers require it...then maybe it should just default to
being there.

Thanks for the notification and suggestion.

The field is set to accept phone numbers, which mean it should accept
the 10 digits and the + sign. It works ok on other phones, so I guess
it might have something to do with Blackberry implementation of the
MIDP specification.

I have put up a new version in which your suggestion is incorporated.
So in the fields there is a + put for you, so you can just add the
other numbers. Also, now if you don't write the +, it doesn't
complain, it just prepends it for you.

So i uninstalled the old and downloaded the new. A small bug was
introduced it seems. The program runs as before but when i go to
click 'Add a contact' it now simply displays 'Edit Contact' across the
top. As a result i'm unable to add a contact at all. Previously i
would get all the proper fields to fill in for a new contact.

Thanks for implementing my suggestion though. Keep up the good work.

I think BlackBerry doesn't like a + in the field at all. So the
default + that I put messes up the whole form.

I have put up a new version that doesnt have the default + in the
field. That I hope should work.
