I'm having issues with the voice reply ... it doesnt translate
clearly... even when I speak clearly and slow.. I'm using the G1
1.6...

The voice transcription service is part of the Android OS (my app just
calls it), so you would have to file a bug against the actual Android
source. However, in my experience, it works pretty well for the most
part. I wouldn't talk slowly, you're supposed to talk just as you
would normally for it to work best.
