Hi

would it be possible to remove the message notification from the
notification bar upon clicking on "Close" in the SMS Popup window?
Once I've clicked on "close" I've read the message so there's no need
for the message notification icon to remain. Not sure if it's possible
but the "Message" icon on my desktop also shows a new message count -
could you possibly set the message as "read" upon clicking on the
"Close" button (as an option perhaps for those that want it to work
this way).

It's always possible to disable the default notifications. But don't you think the CLOSE button should mark the message as read?

Was a little bit chocked to see this has been going on for so long, and it's still isn't working as it should. I have the "mark message as read on close" option checked in the settings.
