outcome meeting yesterday

Hi all!

 

As you know, yesterday there was a meeting to chat a bit about the Open Day before going on holidays...

 

The main outcome of the meeting was:

 

- we need to meet at the beginning of September (3rd / 4th of September ?).

 

- we do not have time to prepare everything during September, so groups should do their homework during July and August.

 

- there will be a happy hour on the 17th of September to recruit volunteers and in the El·lipse of September the need of having as many volunteers as possible will be described.

 

Do I forget something ??? ... hope not ...
