Proposal of Open Day + Darwin Day meeting

Hi there!

 

We held a quick meeting yesterday to talk about the Darwin Day modifications alter the Communication Dept.’s decision, and we think it would be great to have a proper Open Day + Darwin Day meeting in January.

 

We propose the first “real” Monday, January, 12^th , at 5:00 pm. Is this ok? Could you guys please confirm so we know whether to book a big or a small room for the meeting? It will probably be cold for a terrace meeting, and we would like to get a joint schedule and re-organize a couple of things so as to make a great Darwin inspired Open Day :D

The idea of meeting together is important, as for several reasons (including volunteers and money...), gathering the 2 events could be a condition to make it work properly.

Could you send us the latest version of the Darwin Day project ? So that we can start to work on it ?
(because we expected to organise the open day on October 2009, we don't have a precise plan yet, though it will be very close to the one of 2008, so we have a pretty much precise idea it)
