Centres final contribution for SmS activities

Hi everyone,

 

We already have the information about the contribution that each centre will make for the SmS activities for 2009. Most centres have said their contribution is specifically for the Open Day/Darwin.

 

The allocation of the budget is:

-          Open Day: Estimated budget € 18,020. Contribution from the centres €15,700 (so we are € 2,320 short)

-          Dissemination SMS. Budget € 1,000 (currently there is no funding)

-          Scientific cafe: is covered by the CRG

-          Premi El·lipse: is covered by the PRBB

 

As you can see, we need to find external funding to carry out all activities, but we can start working in the Open Day/Darwin, which will be the hardest to organise!!!!

 

I will soon collect all the names of the people who have offered to organize the different activities of the Open Day from the doodle and send everyone an email, so we know who is in each subgroup and they can start working. It would also be good to have a meeting next week with a representative from each activity and the communication department of the PRBB, to think about the calendar, what needs to be done, etc. So there will be more emails to come in the following days,…
