Take a look and we have to merge into a single document or improve it. Let us get some feedback or a way to do it fast in order to have the budget approved as soon as possible.

Hi everyone,

Here's the document with all the SmS proposals for 2009, the one we presented at the last meeting with all the centers.

I have put together the Darwin Day and Open Day, and written a final Budget for both, based on the real cost of last year´s OD (which was higher than initially planned)... Please let me know what you think! Tomorrow there is a meeting with all the centers, so if you all agree with this final document I will present it there and get the centers to agree to pay!

Also, I assume that now you are all happy with the doodle email? I'll send it tomorrow too.
